MS Outlook 2013/2 Error 0x800ccc0f (The Connection to the Server was Interrupted)

Hi,

from today morning when i open my outlook I start getting this error.

" Receiving' reported error (0x800CCC0F) :  'The connection to the server was interrupted. If this problem  continues, contact your server administrator or Internet service  provider (ISP).  The server responded: -ERR Can not connect to e-mail  server. Error:100502" 

The problem is that it not gives this error always. sometime it works fine and somtime it block with this error.

all seting to the email are fine.

    The issue seems to be occur only at Outlook as it is a client-side issue whereas you need to ensure below things on settings.


    1: Ensure that your PC is connected to the Internet
    2: Check e-mail account settings in Outlook.
    3. antivirus or firewall blocking
    4. Check and delete spam mails if any.

    Have checked the server logs and find this Logs 

    SASL PLAIN authentication failed: authentication failure[IP]
    lost connection after STARTTLS from unknown [IP]
    statistics: max connection rate 5/60s for [IP]
    timeout after AUTH from unknown[IP]
    disconnect from unknown[IP]
    Disconnected (no auth attempts)[IP]
