SXMB_MONI Sync messages cannot be seen

Sync messages cannot be seen in SXMB_MONI

Solution:

While configuring the standard SAP XI users have to set some parameters for messages logging. If this configuration has not been performed on your developer system then you need to configure it in order to see messaged in SXMB_MONI.

Please follow the steps below in order to see sync messages in SXMB_MONI:

1) First, navigate to Transaction code SXMB_ADM

2) Now integrate the engine configuration

3) Now select 'Edit' tap to change specific configuration data and  then add these parameters 

  • LOGGING and LOGGING_SYNC category RUNTIME current value = 1 (active) 

You can also set TRACE_LEVEL to 3 (on your DEV XI system) which will allow XI to document all processing steps and details.

Note: It is recommended to set the TRACE_LEVEL to 3 only when the user wants or need very accurate global trace but not for a very long time because it will result in filling your DEV XI system database very quickly.
