This 10054 error is a Winsock error and may be related to a network device.
- Check to see if any new routers have been introduced or other network changes have been made.
- If the Server log also the error 7020 error, it is possible that a 10054 error can be caused by any process sending Advantage an ICMP error packet with the "port not available" error code.
In the case of a network related issue it may be helpful to perform a network sniff to further diagnose the problem.
