Change in the mass-field BKPF BKTXT

Hi,

Does anyone know if the field is to include "Header Text" (BKPF-BKTXT) for mass change in the transaction FBL3N (Departures reason)?

SAP has a note that allows the inclusion of fields to change in mass.

The Note is 640908 - Line Item: Mass change of additional fields.

Thank you. I had read this note, but was in doubt whether you can also change the header data of the document, or is the only item. It did not made this clear. You know confirm this?
