Hello,
I want to check while doing transport the tp service is running on my server or not ( Windows server 2003 R2). Can anyone please tell me which service should i check in services.msc which correspond to tp in SAP.

To check the whether tp is connected to the database at os level. Run command r3trans -d if it executes RC0000 then it connected to database.If it could not connected to database then we get transport errors.
As per your question, which service would we check in services.msc i.e oralistener services. If this services is not running then tp could not get connected to database then automatically u get transport issues.
