Target client is productive and protected against client copy

Hi Basis Guru,

I have created a new client in 4.7 (200) when I tried to copy client in 200 its giving me error massage. Could you please help me out.

My problem is resolved I have change the productive setting to customizing.

Also go to SCC4 and check client role. If its Productive change it to customizing.

Please let me know clearly which client you have created from which client you are copying and let me know settings of the source client from scc4.
