What is SAP Case Management?
SAP Case Management enables SAP users to consolidate, manage, and process information about a complex problem or issue in a central collection point, the case. Within a case, an SAP user can group diverse information, such as business partners, transactions, products, and documents.
How to Create Case Management Status Profile?
Please follow the step below to create a case management status profile:
Enter t-code SPRO in the SAP command field and press Enter to execute it.
Now on the next screen click the SAP Reference IMG button.
Next, go to the following SAP menu path:
SPRO -> SAP Reference IMG –> Service > Case Management > Basic Settings > Create Status Profile
On the next screen, you will see the list of the previously created Status Profile for Case Management on your SAP system.
Next click on the New Entries button to create a Status Profile in your SAP system.
Now, fill in the following details for the new status profile case management as shown in the image below:
Once all the details are entered click the Save button at the bottom to save the new configuration
Next, select your Customization Request id and press Enter to proceed.
A message Data was saved will be displayed on the bottom of your screen.
You have successfully Created a new Status Profile for Case Management in your SAP system.
