How to create the client log files?

Please follow the steps below in order to create client log files:

1. First Click Start > Run and then input 'regedit' in Open and click 'OK'
2. Now look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWARESAP;
3. Now select 'SAP', then please right-click and then select 'New' >'Key'
4. Now type BPC
5. Now select 'BPC' and then right-click and select 'New' >'Key';
6. Now Type'COMMON';
7. Like above now select 'COMMON', and then right-click and select 'New' >'String Value';
8. Now Type 'Logging'
9. Now select 'Logging', and then right-click and select 'Modify';
10. Now in the 'Value Data' type 1
11. Now reproduce the issue that asks for the logging
12. You will now see the log file in [My Documents]OutlookSoftLogging.
