Dialog Work Process Long Running

Dear users,

Dialog work process is long running for about 500000 seconds.

It's in hold status and in the reason column nothing is given, it's blank.

The user who is currently holding this work process also has a lock entry since last 7days.

Can anyone please help me on how to solve this issue?

Please check the log of work process and check the work process at OS level.

Hello,

It looks like the internal session was not closed properly. This can be due to improper log off.
Check the work process trace file. If there no activity then terminate the work process.

Hi,

Is the user still logged in? If the answer is yes, ask the user to logout and then cancel the work process in Tx SM50. You should then see that the locked object has been removed.
