Hi,
Conversions are the program which are executed only once during the implementation to upload master data to SAP. Most of the time Conversions are transfer of data from Non SAP system as well as from Legacy system.
Interface programs are periodic and executed to transfer data from SAP to SAP aswell as from SAP to Non SAP systems.
