Error message KD285 'Status DLV/TECO was reversed after settlement of period & &'.

Hello SAP Experts,

I am receiving an error message KD285 during settlement "Status DLV/TECO was reversed after settlement of period & &".

The error can be regenerated by following instruction:

First, run the settlement transaction KO88 (SAPLKO71) or CO88.
Now insert the plant number or order number
After inserting plant number or order number please insert the Period and Fiscal Year.
Now execute the program
After executing the program you will notice an Error message KD285 " "Status DLV/TECO was reversed after settlement of period & &".

Please follow the following instruction i order to resolve this error:
1. First, set the status TECO or DLV on the order that contains the error.
2. For setting the status TECO please: Change the Order (Example: Production order CO02) -> Functions -> Restrict Processing -> Technically Complete -> Save.
3. For setting the status DLV please: Change Order -> Goods Receipt Tab -> Delivery Completed.
4. For making the order not valid for settlement please set the deletion flag on the order.
5. The change in the status of the order can be determined with the help of CO Cost Segment Report: RKACHSOW File JEST (Individual Object Status).The number of changes occurred on an order status is stated by the field JEST-CHGNR.The field JEST-INACT determines if the status is inactive.File JCDS also determines when these changes occurred.
