We are getting the following error when we viewing query script of a newly duplicated query in BI Launchpad (Rich Internet Application) or Web Intelligence.

Error "Web Intelligence cannot build the query or generate the report (WIS 30351)"

Solution

Selection of issues with the query generation engine. The query has to be successfully refreshed at least once before viewing. No particular adapt, but it works as expected starting from SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence platform 4.0 SP4. To avoid the error in SP2, the query has to be successfully refreshed at least once before viewing.
