Error when Starting SAP Server - Start Failed: 80070005 Access is denied - Permissions problems

Hi all

I have done Fresh installation of SAP 4.7 IDES but now when i try to start SAP Server it give me error "Start Failed: 80070005 Access is denied"

Pleas suggest what will be problem...

when I run the startsap on CMD error

cmd:> running sapstart.exe name=s11 nr=00 sapiahost=server -wait
Start failed: 80070005

Access is denied.

sapparam(1c): No Profile used.
sapparam: "SAPSYSTEMNAME": "S11" <--> "s11"
sapparam: "SAPSYSTEMNAME": "S11" <--> "s11"

Check the file permissions of sapstarstsrv.exe on the SAP instance.
go to
/usr/sap/sid/sys/exe/run/sapstarstsrv.exe

and give permissions to the local user from which u logged in... this is solve the problem...
