I can not create a set with the hierarchy of accounts. I would like to create a set with the hierarchy of accounts, with T. GS01, in two ways:
1. Create a set without copying an existing set:
Launch GS01 and insert the data:
Set Name: ZTEST
Name of a table: GLPCT
Indicator: a single-Set dimensions
Field: RACCT
2. Create a set by copying an existing set:
Launch GS01 and insert the data:
Set Name: ZTEST
Set reference: TEST (with the EC-PCA GLPCT table, field RACCT).
I have created / modified the hierarchy of accounts in the set ZTEST and saved. I launched a report with Report Painter, inputting ZTEST as group account. In all both cases, the error message is as follows:
The Set ZTEST should not be used (message number GS076)
Diagnosis:
In this transaction, only certain set classes are permitted: Account group. ZTEST, however, belongs to set class Group.
System Response:
The entry is Rejected.
Procedure:
Use a set from set class account group.
With the T.Code SE16N, in table SETHEADER, i checked the fields set ZTEST. The field values SETCLASS and SUBCLASS are: SETCLASS = '0000 '; SUBCLASS =' '. They should be: SETCLASS = 0109 '; SUBCLASS = Chart of Accounts.
In fact, the fields, the old set reference tests are correct: SETCLASS = 0109 '; SUBCLASS = Chart of Accounts.
My questions are:
Why T.Code GS01 does not set these two fields?
Why delete them when you create a new set by copying an existing set. Perhaps these are the permissions?.
How do I create these sets with the hierarchy of accounts? Any way is fine with me: with a copy of a set of reference or creating it from scratch.
Please help me how to solve this problem and I thank you in advance.
