this t- code for Mass locking user At a time..
In this u get How many user r there in u r system.
Find out those list
And select those list u r going to lock
One Export button is there click
u get another screen
in that lock/unlock button r there
U choose lock button.

Goto Su01(for single user)
Enter the user name you want to deactivate.
Change the password,Change the Valid date as today's date on Logon Data.
Delete all the roles and Profiles.

hange their password and Lock their accounts. Both from SU01. Easy enough.
To go even further, remove ALL roles and profiles from their accounts. Also using SU01.
Do NOT delete their accounts as you will lose all history of what they have done.
