How to limit end users to a particular company code?

Hi,

I would like to know how can we limit a end user to a particular company code so that he can just view just the data of that particular company code. I would really appreciate if some one can suggest the transaction code for this requirement with SAP.

You can achieve this through Authorization control in Roles and transactions by limiting access to specific plants configured in the Company code .

This is relating to Authorization Concept (SAP BASIS).

For every user, seperate ROLES assigned in their USER PROFILE, each ROLE is linked with the authorizations (transaction wise, report wise, program wise, company code wise, plant wise, cost center wise). Limiting end users is the work of BASIS gury.

TCODE: SUIM gives you the details, the profile generator, role creation, etc.

The Basis Ppl (Security) have to do it. they can define user roals over their baised on login id

U can limit it through the transaction code- PFCG. You go to the authorization tab & Change authorization data, then give the Company Code in the Oganisational level-to restrict him for that particular company code.
