Facing Problems during Initialization of IGS WATCHDOG

Hi Rahul,
 
    IGSWD.EXE . Its Internet graphic server .Even its gray in colour server will work its not aproblem.But if you want to become  green check in the default or in instance profile , where you can edit igswd = yes.after making changes restart the server it will work.Could you plz confirm if its work fine.

Hi sap gurus,
I am facing problems during initialization of IGS WATCHDOG.When i open MMC i can see dispatcher and message server are running but IGS WATCHDOG is stopped.I am attaching the screenshot of MMC.Kindly helpme.It is urgent.
