Increasing the priority of OSS message

Hi Gurus,

How are you ?

I have created an OSS message with Medium priority. I want to increase the priority to High. Can you please let the detailed stpes on how I can do this ?

if it`s already sent to SAP you need to call the support center (see
note 16481 for the right number for your location).
