While upgrading and migrating database of SAP NetWeaver system, the following error occurs:

The current ABAP program "RSPTBFIL" had to be terminated because it has come across a statement that unfortunately cannot be executed.

    Please follow the steps given below in order to resolve the issue:

    1. Check the name of the problematic view under IV_VIEWNAME by scrolling down in the ST22 dump.
    2. Now please check the table dd2526v in order to confirm if there  are multiple entries for the view in step 1 and if yes then it is possible that you have both an active and inactive.
    3. Now in transaction SE11, activate the modify version or revert to the active version and remove the modified one. 
    4. Now, repeat the phase in SUM.

    The error occurred due to duplicate entry in table dd2526v.
