Uploading GL Master (FS00) Records using LSMW

Hi Gurus

I have some problems with uploading GL Master (FS00) Records using LSMW.
After recording the batch session and clicking 'default all' at the end of the 1st step I get the following fields:

SAKNR; BUKRS; KTOKS; XPLACCT; KTOKS; XPLACCT; XBILK; KTOKS; XBILK;
TXT20_ML; TXT_50ML; WAERS; XKRES; ZUAWA; FSTAG;

But in the subsequent steps an error appears to say that certain fields-- like KTOKS, XPLACCT, XBILK--- appear more than once.
First of all I do not know why it appears twice. I was uploading certain Balance sheet items. That involves one drop down list for choosing Account Group and a radio button to choose Balance sheet account. Out of the 15 fields above the first screen of FS00 itself generated 11 fields. I do not understand the logic.

Is there anybody out there who have done lsmw for FS00 successfully, if so could you explain where I am wrong and positively send me screenshots of correct lsmw configuration of FS00?
