What is SSF in SAP?
Secure Store and Forward Mechanism (SSF) is a mechanism that is used to protect independent objects using Secure Store and Forward (SSF) mechanisms. This means that the documents are secured regardless of where they are stored or how they are transported.
How to Maintain SSF Application Parameter?
Please follow the steps below to maintain the SSF application parameter:
Enter t-code SPRO in the SAP command field and press Enter to execute the transaction code.
On the next screen click the SAP Reference IMG button to proceed to the next steps.
Now navigate to the following SAP IMG path:
SPRO > SAP Reference IMG > Multi-Bank Connectivity Connector > Maintain SSF Application Parameter
Next on the Change View "Application-Specific SSF Parameter": Overview screen you will see a list of all Application Specific SSF Parameters on your SAP system.
Next, click the New Entries button to define configurations for the new custom SSF Parameter.
Next, choose the SSF Application that you want to maintain as shown in the image below:
Now, default values will be assigned to the SSF parameter, users can make any changes according to their requirements.
Once all the details have been entered click the Save button to save the new configuration.
Now select your Customization Request id and press Enter to go to the next screen.
Next, the message Data was saved will be displayed at the bottom of your screen
You have successfully maintained SSF Application Parameter on your SAP system.
