Explanation:
The total of line items (COEP + COEPL for KB11(N), KB15(N), KB21(N), KB41(N), KB51(N) and/or COEPR for KB31(N)) is limited to 999. For Transactions KBxx (xx = 11, 15, 21, 31, 41, and 51), it is possible to enter a maximum of 250 line items. For Transactions KBxxN (xx = 11, 15, 21, 31, 41, and 51), the maximum number depends on how many account assignment objects are contained in the line items.
Depending on the number of the account assignment objects contained in a line item, the following upper limits result for the number of the line items:

KB61: The number of line numbers results from the number of objects in the old account assignment + the number of objects in the new account assignment. That is a minimum of two lines and a maximum of eight lines per reposted line (that is at least 124, but at most 499 repostings can be posted per transfer posting document).
KB65: The number of line numbers results from the number of lines from the old ILV + the number of lines from the new ILV. That is a minimum of four lines and a maximum of ten lines per reposted ILV (that is at least 99, but at most 249 repostings can be posted to a transfer posting document).
The number of line items results from the number of line items multiplied by the number of account assignment objects per line item.
This restriction also applies to the data transfer using the actual posting BAPIs and Transaction BATCHMAN.
The BAPIs correspond to the following online transactions:
- BAPI_ACC_MANUAL_ALLOC_CHECK, BAPI_ACC_MANUAL_ALLOC_POST --> KB15N
- BAPI_ACC_PRIMARY_COSTS_CHECK, BAPI_ACC_PRIMARY_COSTS_POST --> KB11N
- BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_CHECK, BAPI_ACC_ACTIVITY_ALLOC_POST --> KB21N
- BAPI_ACC_REVENUES_CHECK, BAPI_ACC_REVENUES_POST --> KB41N
- BAPI_ACC_STAT_KEY_FIG_CHECK, BAPI_ACC_STAT_KEY_FIG_POST --> KB31N
