Message incomplete (severity, area, number, or exception)

BL203 Error in transaction FBV0

While posting on park document using transaction FBV0 an error message occurs: BL203 "Message incomplete ( seriousness, area, number, or exception missing )".

This issue can be re-generated by following the steps given below:

First enter the document number, company code and year in transaction FBV0
Now save (POST) the document
Yow will receive an error message as shown in the image below

In order to resolve this error please do the following:
1. Please check if you have a BTE implementation in transaction FIBF.
2. Now Please remove the COMMIT WORK. It should always be triggered at the very end of SAP standard program not in between by a customer implementation, modification etc.
