ORA-01749 Error - GRANT/REVOKE privileges to/from yourself

I can query data from two user but create a view with that view in Oracle 11g.
Error as ORA-01749 you may not GRANT/REVOKE privileges to/from yourself.
Please help me. How can I create a view with users tables
