PAT files for SAP langauge installation

Hi,

I have to install a new language on my SAP system. This is done through txn :SMLT . But when I go to import support package there, it says"error while uploading packages"

1) Can you please provide some guidance on what could be the problem ?.
2) Normally the SP files are present at the path /usr/sap/trans/EPS/in...rt?
3) what ".pat" files are required for language installation and where can we find such files on SAP service marketplace. Please tell me the exact path
