Report Distributor Overview
- The report can be distributed by Email, File Transfer Protole(FTP) or Run Offline
- Report Distribution support file format such as PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel & CSV
- User can now add tables within the application directly to new or existing bundles, or exported from within the main UI as Excel files
Advantage of Report Distributor Scheduling:
- It simplifies integrations using FTP
- It splits the Reports to Managers inboxes as file attachments
- It enables users to continue using the application while running a report offline
Pre-conditions of scheduling Report Distributor
- The user must have the access to Report Distributor
- In order to configure FTP address, User must have the authorization for FTP Configuration screen
How to Schedule Report Distributor?
In order to access the Report Distributor please go to Home >> Analytics >> Analytics >>Tool
Now create a New Bundle >> Give it Name >> Select the Export Format(such as PDF, MS Word & MS PowerPoint)
Now add items: User can add report, Excel Table or CSV Table
Defining Destination: There are three three option available (Email, Run Offline or FTP)
Now define Recipients
Note: The Recipient should be a BizX User for the user in order to add them as Recipients.
Schedule Bundle:
- Date when do you want the schedule to start.
- What time do you want the schedule to start?
- How often do you want the schedule to run? e.g One time, Daily, Weekly or Monthly
Checking Status: There are three options
- Running
- Finished
- Runtime failure
