Error Message 5W 170 (Structure...No agent found.)

Hello SAP Experts,

The function RH_STRUC_GET giving an error message 5W 170 (Structure ... No agent found.) while trying to login to CRM WebUI.

The error can be regenerated by the following:

When you log in to CRM WebUI and the error message is displayed.
The error message is also displayed in other areas or functionalities after this type of access to evaluation path execution and/or similar organizational structure navigation.
In CRM method DETERMINE_PROFILE_VIA_ORG_MGMT of class CL_CRM_UI_PROFILE_DETERM triggers an access to organizational structure with evaluation path CIC1 whereas other in case of others the similar access to the organizational structure is triggered by function RH_STRUC_GET.

Please help me resolve this error.

The error you are facing is caused when a proper user authorization is not available in order to evaluate the structure because no data is returned if any authorizations are missing.
Therefore in order to resolve the error please add the missing authorization such as authorizations needed to PLOG object. You can also do an authorization trace (ST01) so that you could log all the authorization checks done, and find out which authorizations are missing.
