Datasource based on WebService remains inactive after transport

Hello SAP Experts,

The Datasource based on WebService remains inactive after transport. But the Function Module RSDS_DATASOURCE_ACTIVATE_ALL is able to activate in the target system of transport.

While checking the transport logs the following messages could be noticed:

1) Message No. RSAOLTP014 
   Source system "&1" is not an SAP source system ==> no metadata upload

2) Message No. RSO404
   Error when activating DataSource &1

3) Message No. RSO404
   Error when activating DataSource &1

The error can be regenerated by Transporting Data Source which Source System is a Web Service.
