SAP Printing problem

hi gurus

user is not able to get the print, from sap

but spool out put request is being generated

where to check for this issues.

what are types of print related problems in SAP ?

I Need your feed back.

Check SP01 & Delete the Old Spool request.

1. Delete old completed/Error spool request thru sp01 tran by giving user name.
2. check the width of print format if it is long then printer should be 132 column printer if it is printing thru forms.

Pl check in spad select printer see IP address and printer shaing name should in SAP.
Printer should be shared in local machine.

In Su01 > Defaults , select output immediate and proceed.

Printing problem in FBL1N the alignment change for some user only. Some user reports print correctly.
