SAP Printing Problems - Spool Process Successful But No Physical Prints

Hi All,

We have a problem with 2 printers (say A and B) in our ECC pre-production system.

Problem with printer A:

If the deliveries printed from Shipping point X and Shipping point Y, both the spool processes completes successfully as per SP01 but we are getting physical prints only for the deliveries printed for Shipping point X but no prints related to Shipping point Y are found in printer even though the relevant spool process shows completed in Green.

Problem with Printer B:

Same as the problem with printer A but in this case no physical prints for the deliveries printed from both the shipping points but both the spool processes shows completed (Green) in SP01.

Can anyone help me to crack this issue.

How are the printers configured in Tx SPAD. Please post the settings.
What are the printer makes/models?

Hi

Problem A: make sure that shipping point Y is REALLY trying to print on the right printer. There is functional config to be made to choose the proper printer.

Problem B: please tell us which printing method is being used

If you are printing to the same printer in SPAD for both shipping locations,then your printer setup is OK in SPAD, but you are probably missing the "Print Immiedate" option in your shipping point config. I'm not an LE person but it should be in the same screen that you define the shipping point default printer.
