SAPSQL_SQLS_INVALID_CURSOR dump in Transaction RZ04

Hello SAP Expert,

While calling RZ04 transaction a dump SAPSQL_SQLS_INVALID_CURSOR occurs in ABAP program "SAPLSPF1", in "RZL_GET_BA_LIST".

Some of the instances are inactive in transaction RZ03. These inactive instances either must not be existing in the system or they must have a different (UPPER vs. lowercase) name.

Simulation of operation mode switch displays:

Switching NOT possible for the following servers

Reason: Server is configured in operation mode but is not active. It must be started.
HOST1_SID_00
HOST2_SID_00

Reason: Server is active but not configured in operation mode. It must be stopped.
host1_SID_00
host2_SID_00

Please follow the given below steps to resolve this issue:
1. First, Using a debugger or initialize the table in SE14 please delete all the incorrect entries from TPFID.
2. Now after deleting incorrect entries please redefine the operation modes in RZ04: Creating an Instance Definition for All Servers

The error mentioned is caused due to incorrect entries in TPFID table.
