(SY-SUBRC 12) you are not authorized to save lists in local files

Save lists in local files (SY-SUBRC 12)

I want to give access to user to save a report on local disk. Many transactions is for monitoring display reports, for such transaction codes ,
It is showing the following error :

You are not authorized to save lists in local files (SY-SUBRC 12)

please help me out. it's urgent,

Use SU53 to resolve issues of authorization. U need to add authorization object for GUI activites.

to the role add object S_gui and the act is 61.It will resolve your issue
