What is the Special liability in Customer Credit Management Display?

Hello Experts,

Please clarify what is special liability in customer credit management display.

T CODE: FD32

I have tested find out one solution that is related to special / down payment posting balance. but for all customers not updating that special liability in FD32 .

Please suggest.

what if this special liability is a positive amount instead of a negative amount?
