How to Take Export of WE20 and WE21 and Set them Back After Refresh?

Hello Experts,

I am having this situation that i have to refresh my QA system from PROD. Can anybody tell me how to take export of we20 and we21 and set them back after refresh.

Kindly share your valuable views here, so i can proceed further.

I think better to set up idocs again, however you can give a look on EDP* tables.
But still need tables to work on for creating a request.

You can create transport request and release that request after refresh you can import that request.
