Transport from one client to another client in DEV server.

Dear friends,
Our SAP landscape is DEV server and PRD server. We transport change request from DEV to PRD server. We have 3 clients in our DEV server 111, 122,131. In some situataion, we need to transport to change request from 111 client to 131 client (ie transport in the same server). Could you kindly help me how to do this ... ? (either
thru SAP or at the OS Level). We have SAP R/3 Enterprise extension 4.70 X 110, Oracle 8.1.7.4.0 database, Redhat Linux 2.4.9 OS.

1. Relase the request from client 111.
2. Login to target client (131) and
3. scc1.

Add the request in 111 client after release and transport to whatever client you want. i hope this clears ur doubt.

Use Transaction SCC1 to transport requests between diffrerent clients on same server.

Hi,
There are 2 ways to do it.One way is to do it from SAP GUI, like: Logon to target client and execute tcode SCC1.Select source client and transport request and then click on start immediately or schedule as a background job. And second way is to do it from command prompt:

tp import u0 client=

Adding "client= " option to tp command and also use umode 0 to import form buffer without deleting so that later you can import ths same TR into another client in the same system.
