Background job not running Properly.:Transport Problem

Hai Gurus
In my company,the Developer team transport the request to the Production System.But the request is not transporting. the error comes
"Background job not running Properly.Function : J Jobcount : 09193701 status Y. Please check the system .Use transaction sm21,sm37,sm51.SAPPARAM(1c): No Profile used"
This error comes will transporting.If Anybody face the problem or how to solve the problem.
Please give the solution for me.

Hi,
You will have to Reschedule RDDIMPDP Jobs for Transport System in client 000 and 100 as user DDIC..Start transaction SE38 and run report RDDNEWPP.
This should start your tpimport

Hi,
This may be due to your STMS is not configured properly. Reconfigure it and clear the entries from the 2 tables related to transport, I think the table names are TRBAT & TRJOB.
delete * from sapr3.TRBAT and delete * from sapr3.TRBAT

Can you please tell me which system`s TRBAT and TRJOB contents I should delete, development or quality?
I tried to transport another request again and it displayed error this time. Please find the screen shots attached. Please advise on what I can do.

        Hi Gurus,
        How are you all?
        We have a tranport problem.
        When I release a request in development it is getting added to Quality system buffer.
        But when I try to import it into quality system, it displays a message "QAS(100) Imp Single" and hangs. Nothing happens other than the clock ticking even after waiting for so long.
        Any idea what could be wrong

Try to clear table in Quality system.

Is you transport tool working correctly check with STMS Test import option
The error imp single is caused by programing error in transport tool
