When i create vendor no ranges in xkn1 tcode it shows enter intervals without overlap.

Just go to OBAS t.code and put the number range as 02 and save it sould work or if you want to create the number range then go to XKN1 and enter the interval no. and from number pres F4 and see what numbers are available select those once and then save and then go to OBAS and assign the same.
