When I want to upload SAP Notes I get the following error message: "SCWN 017 Note data file incomplete".

You are using an old version of Note Assistant that does not yet support the upload function. To upload SAP Notes in Note Assistant, you must use at least Version 1.2 (for Releases 4.X) or a specific Support Package level for the Releases 6.X. First you must use SAP download manager to download note,than use SNOTE T-CODE upload the note to your sap SYSTEM.
