Entry IT01 does not exist in T004 (CHECK ENTRY)

Hi all

I am getting error msg while create chart to account

'Entry IT01 does not exist in T004(CHECK ENTRY) '

AND

ERROR MASSAGE no. 00058

Entry is not available in configuration.Maintain entry or check your entry is available or not.
SPRO-->Personnel Management-->Personnel Administration-->Personal Data-->Define counties.
Once you maintained it will resolve the error.
use SE16 to check Table T004 for possible entries which the system says is missing.
T004 is a standard SAP Table available within R/3 SAP systems depending on your version and release level. Below is the standard documentation available for this table and a few details of the fields which make up this table. You can view this information and more if you enter the Table name T004 into the relevant SAP transaction such as SE11 or SE80. You can also view the data contained in this database table via these transactions or alternatively use transaction SE16.
Delivery Class = C - Customizing table, Maintenance only by customer and not updated by SAP import.
