Workload analysis (ST03) - weekly report is missing

Hi All,

We have a issue in ST03N transaction. I noticed the daily report for performnce analysis(responce time) is available but it is not available for weekly report. This is happening from last 3 weeks, previously I was getting the response time report for daily, weekly and monthly in tcode st03n. I am quite surprised that now it is only available for daily and monthly but not for weekly. I also checked the job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCE_MONITOR which is running fine. I also trid to check the log from performance monitor collector, where it is only showing error occered Since &ltdate>. There is not much information why the weeklly report is not available.

Is there anything where we can see why this different behaviour in statistics ? Please advice...

Hi,

The data store for ST03N and the table SWNCMONI are designed in such a way that you can save the performance data for several systems at the same time. The periodic reorganization that occurs after the set retention time has expired also removes data from other systems. Therefore, the existence of performance data from the source system of the system copy does not present any technical problems.

Nonetheless, it may be distracting to see this data displayed. Therefore, you can use transaction ST03N to delete this data.

To do this, call transaction ST03N. Switch to the "Expert" mode and open the tree "Collector and Performance DB" -> "Performance Database" -> "Workload Collector Database" and double-click on "Contents".
You can sort the result list in the right part of the window according to "Host/Instance". You can then select all of the instances for the source system of the system copy (multiple selection is possible) and you can choose "Delete" to remove all of these.

Hi all

I also checked the job SAP_COLLECTOR_ FOR_PERFORMANCE_ MONITOR which is running fine. there is not system copy .,its live server problem.PRD

How to solve this problem,
Plz anyone advice me.
