What are Additional Quality Fields in SAP?
SAP Additional Quality Fields is are the new dimension that is used to identify changes of quality added in any material or document. This allows the user to process the objects later with reference to the revision level.
How to Define Additional Quality Fields in SAP?
Please follow the steps below to define revision level in your SAP system:
Enter t-code SPRO in the SAP command field and execute it.
Now on the next screen click the SAP Reference IMG button.
Next, go to the following SAP menu path:
Controling > General Controlling > Additional Amounts > Define Additional Quantity Fields
On the next Change View "Dimension for Quantity Fields": Overview screen, you will see the list of the previously defined Dimension for Quality Fields in your SAP system.
Next click on the New Entries button to define a new configuration for Additional Quality Fields in your SAP system.
Now, enter the following fields about the new Additional Quality Fields as shown in the image below:
Once all the details are entered click the Save button at the bottom to save the new sales group.
Next, select your Customization Request id and press Enter to proceed.
A message Data was saved will be displayed on the bottom of your screen.
You have successfully defined a new Additional Quality 2 in your SAP CO system.
