What is Enjoy Transaction in SAP?
Enjoy transactions in SAP are the new t-codes that perform all the operations performed by its classical counterpart on a single screen only. All Enjoy transactions have the 'N' character at the suffix of the TCODE.
How to Define Document Type for Enjoy Transaction?
Please follow the steps below to define document types for enjoy transactions in your SAP system:
Enter t-code SPRO in the SAP command field and Execute it.
Now on Customizing: Execute Project screen click the SAP Reference IMG button to proceed.
Next, navigate to the following SAP IMG path:
FInancial Accounting > General Ledger Accounting > Business Transaction > Define Document Types for Enjoy Transaction
On the Change View "Define Document Types for Enjoy Transactions": Overview screen, you will see the list of the previously define document types for enjoy transactions in your SAP system.
Next click on the New Entries button to define Document Types for Enjoy Transaction in your SAP system.
Now, provide the following details about the new document type for enjoy transaction:
- Company Code: Select the company code
- Account Type: Select the Account type for Enjoy transaction.
- Transaction: Choose the transaction type
- Document Type: Select the document type
Once all the details are entered click the Save button to save the new configuration.
